What date is this and are we able to fly there from HCMC. How long would it take, how much and do the flights leave daily. |

Answer: Hi Kellie, The everage temprature in Nha Trang at that time is from 24 to 31 degrees, However that is the highest raining season of the year in Nha Trang ( Precipitation is about 25-27cm/month) The resorts to stay in Nha Trang : luxury resort : Anna Mandara or Evason Hideaway resort, deluxe resort : Sunrise beach resort Not much activities to do in Nha Trang, If you stay there, you can do some beach activities such as diving, snorkeling... or take some tour to traditional village. Question: Weather in November and December:
My husband and I are looking to travel in Vietnam from the end of November to around December 5. We want to go to Hanoi and Hoi An, but it is important to us that the weather be good! It doesn't have to be blisteringly hot, but we are looking for about 25 degrees in Hoi An (we understand Hanoi will be cooler) and want to go to the beach. Is that possible this time of year? Or should we go to Ho Chi Min and the beaches in the south instead? We hoped to do the Noth and Central Vietnam becuase of Halong Bay, My Son, etc.
Thanks! |

Dana Hooker |
|
Answer: Hi Dana Hooker, The temperature at this time is from 22- 26 degrees but rainy sometimes(Raining season is from Sep to end of November), However Hoi an is a typical peaceful city that you can not find at anywhere in the wolrd. I think you can go to Hanoi, Halong Bay then fly to Hoi An for on2 or 2 days then down south for Mui Ne or Phu Quoc beaches, you should book hotels or resort in Phu Quoc and Mui ne soon because at that time they are fully booked very early in those areas, Have a good time!

Question: Thanks for your answer. We only have about 7 days to travel in Vietnam and my kids wants to go to beach and I would like to experience cultural exposures. Nha Trang seems to be the best beach in Vietnam to go in Oct but it is quite far from Sapa. What would you recommend to satisfy both beach and cultural things in October? Are there any good beaches near Hanoi to visit in October? I know Oct is rainy season. Is that mean we have to give up one for the other? I am open for any suggestion. I would appreciate your help. Thanks. |

Holly Ford - HK |
|
Answer: Hi Holly Ford, in October, It's cold in the North of Vietnam so It's not good for beach activities in the North of Vietnam, especially all beaches in the North is dirty and no white sand, Only beaches from Da nang, Hoi an to South of Vietnam are beautiful and worth for having holiday. but october is raining season in Da nang and Hoi An, so Nha Trang, Mui Ne and Phu Quoc will be your best choice. so It's very difficult for you to visit both these places. can you let me know your city arrival in Vietnam so that I can send you the best choice?

Question: Hello, my family of 4, including 2 young children(7 & 5) will be in Nha Trang in early Oct. We would like to make a visit to Sapa for a few days. What is the best way to get to Sapa from Nha Trang? We love to hire a private driver/guide and do some trekking to visit minority villages and other places. I wonder Sapa can be kid friendly place. Will it require lots of steep climbing or hiking for young children? |

Holly Ford - HK |
|
Answer: Hi Holly Ford, The best way to get to Sapa from Nha Trang is : Fly from Nha Trang to Hanoi (VN268 17h10 -18h50) then take the night train from Hanoi to Lao Cai (35km from Sapa) I think Sapa is good for children, pleasant weather, friendly hill tribe people, beautiful scenaries. some of hill tribe children can speak english very well They may be good friends for your chilren :) The road is very easy now, you can go by car to the centre of villages or your children can walk in easy roads. Have a good time!
