7.00 : Our guide and driver pick up at your hotel, drive to Cai Be. Start boat trip to visit Cai Be floating market with local people being selling, buying, exchanging goods from their boats. Walk around to see orchard, rice paper making, rice crispies, coconut candy producing process. Etc…take boat trip to An Binh island. Lunch at local house with speciality in Mekong delta. start biking trip through fruit garden, along canal. On the way stop at local houses to enjoy seasonal fruits, see bees-breeding in wooden boxes at a local farm…. overnight at homestay

Wake up early and cycle to the local market to join the locals on their daily shopping. Enjoy a guided tour of the market followed by cycling around the local village. Boat to Vinh Long. Keep cycling to Long Ho, stop to visit pottery factory, handycraft village where you will see blacksmith, water coconut leave for house roof. Ride to Long Phuoc to see rice paddy, back to Vinh Long, lunch at restaurant. Drive back to Ho Chi Minh City.
