Cooking Class
Vietnam is considered as one famous country for its cuisine in the world, with fresh ingredients and imaginative flavors, and one of the highlights of any trip to Vietnam is the food. Even if you do not like cooking, a cooking class is just a fun and interesting way to learn about the local ingredients and how to make some of the popular dishes.
This 1/2-hour class will help you immerse yourself in the fascinating world of Vietnamese foods with expert guidance and advice from our Master Chef.
This class tends to learning to create classic Vietnamese dishes as well as some surprises! Our chef will give you techniques used to create exciting results as well as which ingredients to use in dishes, how they alter the final taste of a dish and where to shop for them.

Kayaking
Kayaking in Ha Long Bay is the unique way and the high light to discover the place wherever the boat could not go into. By the way, visitors might see some animals who stay on the limestone island: lizard with rock color, monkey or even the langur with white head/ black body if you are lucky… You have opportunity to hear any noise of the jungle, that noise sounds like jungle music band, visitors could recognize cricket which is noisiest sound, then you could discover more several sound of insects.
 Paddling through out many island/ islet, explore more and more the hidden charm of Ha Long Bay, surprise to surprise when visitors find out themselves the great lagoon, tunel cave, …Enjoy peaceful time while seeing the sea eagle catching little fish in the water, visitors might explore intimate beaches which place they roll with the wind, have the lovely sunbath… Kayaking lead you to find yourself with natural and put in your mind and keep in your camera a several pictures in style.

Tai Chi
Tai Chi was a legendary martials art in China – was found by Zhang Sanfeng who lived on 12th century. Zhang Sanfeng was a legendary Chinese Taoist who is believed to have achieved immortality. He was born in Fujian and lived for over 200 years. His life was just a legend and finally after many time of practiced and created, he was found Tai Chi on WuDang mountain.
Nowadays, Tai Chi is very popular in world wide and it is amazing to practice Tai Chi on our ship in Ha Long Bay. It would be unforgotten memory in your life to try a legendary Tai Chi on our ship in Ha Long Bay.

Movie and musical entertainment

Movies and musical entertainment are equipped on the ship. Visitors may collect some documentaries film about Viet Nam and Ha Long Bay and learn more about Vietnamese cultural and how is Ha Long Bay formation.
There is a famous movie “Indochine” is supplied on the ship (English subtitle). “Indochine” is a 1992 French film set in colonial French Indochina during the 1930s to 50s. It is the story of Eliane Devries, a French plantation owner, and of her adopted Vietnamese daughter, Camille, with the rising Vietnamese nationalist movement set as a backdrop. The screenplay was written by novelist Erik Orsenna, scriptwriters Louis Gardel, Catherine Cohen, and Regis Wargnier who also directed the film. This film was the best foreign langue of Oscar as: Golden Globe Award for Best Foreign Langue, Academy Award for Foreign Langue Film Winners, French Submissions for the Academy Award for Best Foreign Langue Film.
Musical entertainment is supplied on board with a guitar which you can play and share your lovely song to every body in the middle of Ha Long Bay, under thousands of stars.
