Our beverage menu is very diverse such as: Tea, coffee, juices, fruit smoothies, cocktails, wines, foreign spirits sold whole bottles or by glass at reasonable prices.
The lounge is open daily from 6:30 a.m. to 10:30 p.m.

To ensure tranquility for sleep, we only serve until 22:30. For the charter group, the time can be more flexible but not more than 1:30 am.

When you travel to Vietnam, the first tourist site you will visit is Halong Bay, Lan Ha Bay. Booking a 2- or 3-days trip and sleeping on the cruise is very popular. Especially, if you are booking your tour with Brand new Alisa Cruise, the cooking class is included in your tour. It means you can join cooking class free. Chef and staff on the boat will help you to prepare everything for cooking class. In half of the hour, you can have your own dish of food, enjoin yourself and share it. Squid Fishing
Squid fishing is a special time on board and attracts many customers. You are recommended to be patient, that only skills you need to have squid in Ha Long Bay.
If you are lucky, you may have even 30 – 40 squids/1 night. The best time for squid fishing is springtime, from February to March. During this time, there is no moonlight at all, and squid fishing light is provided on the ship with squid fishing rods, so you just try squid fishing and please tell our Master Chef on the ship to keep your squad at the fridge to prepare your own squid food next day.
Many customers have done successfully, and they were all so happy with their own squids on the next day.
