RAVIPRAKASH CHITTARANJAN SATHE - IN
"Professional & Efficient"
Just a couple of days back my wife & I returned from a 13 day 12 nights memorable tour of Vietnam and Cambodia designed and executed by Way to Vietnam (WTV). Our travel executive at WTV was Ms Huong, a charming lady of impeccable personality. She redesigned the standard 15 days tour to suit our requirement. What I liked especially about her was that she was always very prompt in responding to my e-mails. Even during the tour itself she providede excellent back up whenever there was any minor problem. In the run up to the tour we exchanged nearly 70 mails (if my memory serves me right) but every time a reply came from her within 2-3 hours at the most. Ours was a private tour except visit to Halong bay which was a group tour. The hotels we were given were very good. The hotel locations too were good and generally in the midst of activities and good restaurants. The hotel staff was very helpful and courteous. The drivers were punctual and polite. The guides too were very punctual, polite and knowledgeable. The only slight oversight that occurred in our case was that our visit to Angkor Wat temple was scheduled on a full moon day. Full moon day being holy for the Buddhists, some parts of the temple complex were closed for visitors and that came as a disappointment. All in all the entire tour planning and execution was immaculate. I compared WTV's quote with 4 other travel agencies and found WTV's quote best for the kind of services provided.
