Itinerary
Day 1: Hanoi arrival
Upon arrival, our driver will pick you up from the airport then transfering to the hotel. Check in the hotel. The balance of the day is at leisur surrounding Hanoi Old Quarter.

Day 2: Hanoi cooking centre - Hanoi city tour half day (B,L)
Today, our guide will come to pick you to Hanoi cooking center at 8:30AM.
The course begins with a brief introduction to Vietnamese cuisine, highlighting the ingredients of traditional Vietnamese dishes. Afterwards, walk to the Chau Long Market and enjoy a market tour with the Hanoi Cooking Centre chefs who will highlight some of the daily produce sold, such fruits, vegetables, meat, silk worms, etc. Surely, this market visit will provide you with endless photo opportunities. Return to the Hanoi Cooking Centre and get started. The chefs will explain how to prepare the various dishes on the menu. Printed recipes as well as samples of some local fruits, green bean cake, quail eggs, etc. can be taken home after the class. Enjoy the meal you prepared and visit the Hanoi Cooking Centre shop where you may find useful cooking utensils, recipe books, spices…
After lunch, driving to the very impressive Museum of Ethnology, among the finest of Vietnam's museums. You will see many exhibits, photographs and actual houses inhabited by some of the 54 ethnic people in Vietnam. It will offer a truly colorful introduction to these ethnic tribes. Next we'll visit the 11th century Temple of Literature. Lastly in the late afternoon, you will be enchanted by the legends and stories told at the Thang Long Water Puppet show that no one should miss while visiting Hanoi. Overnight in the hotel.
Day 3: Hanoi – Halong Bay (B,L,D)
Have breakfast in the hotel before starting the trip.
9:00 : Pick up at your hotel in Hanoi, 2,5 hour Transfer to Halong Bay by Car.
12:00: Upon arrival at the harbor, the staffs of Sealife Cruise welcomes the guests at the waiting room. Embark on the cruise, and check in cabin. Enjoy welcome drink, followed by a feast on a delicious lunch while the Cruise slowly sailing among beautiful of islets. Take a short rest after lunch.
15:00: Explore the area of Hon Co Island and Thien Canh Son Cave (also know as Co Cave - Grass Cave). After exploring the cave, tourists can relax on the long white sandy beach of the island, enjoy swimming and revel in the breathtaking view of Bai Tu Long Bay. Go back to Sealife Cruise, the junk will sail to Cong Do sleeping area. Relax then enjoy the dinner on board.
Enjoy Happy Hour with special menu from 16:30 to 19:00. You will get discount with all of the drinks: cocktail, mock tail and mixed drinks. On board, attend chef’s cooking demonstration and try making spring rolls. Then Gala Elegant set dinner is served on board. Evening activities: relax at leisure; watch movie, board games or massage & spa services, squid fishing or chatting... (Massage and spa fee is not included in the price)
Day 4: Halong Bay – Hanoi - Fly to Hue (B,L)
6: 00. Wake up early to join tai-chi class on the sundeck at the break of dawn on Bai Tu Long Bay.
Breakfast is served with cookies and tea, café at dinning room of the junk.
Next, tender transfer guests to Vung Vieng Village - see the pearl farms and fisheries. Back to the cruise, arrange the luggage and check out. Then enjoy an early lunch (brunch) while cruising back to main land.
12: 00 Transfer back to the Noi Bai Airport in Hanoi for your flight to Hue
After an hour flight, Arrive at Phu Bai Airport. Our guide will pick you up then transfer to your hotel in Hue City. Overnight in the hotel.
Day 5: Hue full day city tour (B,L)
Today, spending full day to explore Hue city, which located in Central Vietnam with an elegant setting on the banks of the Huong Giang or Perfume River surrounded by lush green hills. The city has preserved its cultural heritage including music, the arts and many other traditions and is probably the best place in Vietnam to get a sense of the past and imperial court life.
After breakfast, pick up at your hotel in Hue city for a full day discover y tour visiting the Emperor Khai Dinh’s tomb, Performing Programs Of VO KINH VAN AN – Vietnam Traditional Kung fu and Emperor Tu Duc ’s tomb. Have a short stop en route to see how conical hats and incense sticks are made.
Have lunch at a local restaurant.
In the afternoon, visit Imperial capital during Nguyen Dynasty, An Hien Garden House and the seven – storey Thien Mu Pagoda on the riverbank. Return by boat on the gentle Perfume River .

Day 6: Hue – Danang – Hoi An (B)
We’ll continue south, going by road forward to the riverside town of Hoi An. The scenic 4-hour drive via Hai Van pass offers spectacular views of mountains, the sea, idyllic beaches and villages. In Danang, visit the Cham Museum. Continue driving along Non Nuoc Beach to Hoi An. Transfer to your hotel. The balance of the day is at leisure to explore Hoi An town.

Day 7: Hoi An cooking class (B,L)
Starting the morning by joining in cooking class at Red Bridge River Cooking School.
Our guide will pick you at the hotel and transfer to Hai Scout Café in Hoi An for welcome drink. Then visiting Hoi An’s colourful market and experience the amazing sights, sounds and aromas of this busy market. Take the opportunity to interact with the local sellers and learn about all the ingredients to be used in the cooking lesson later. Board the Red Bridge boat for a leisurely cruise (25 minutes) along Hoi An River to the Red Bridge Cooking School. This is a chance to view local river life, so make sure your camera is ready. On arrival, explore the cooking school’s herb garden, before learning about some of Hoi An’s and Vietnam’s well-known dishes. The cooking lesson runs for about 2 hours. The Red Bridge chefs first demonstrate each dish before you prepare the same dish yourself. Included in the class is a brief introduction to Vietnamese food carving (plate decoration). After the lesson, indulge your cooking.
In the afternoon, we come back to the hotel. You can take bicycle from the hotel to cycling surrounding Hoi An town.

Day 8: Hoi An – Ho Chi Minh city half day (B,D)
This morning we'll head for Danang airport about a 40-minute drive, to take our one-hour flight to Ho Chi Minh City (formerly Saigon)), where we transfer directly to our centrally located hotel.
In the afternoon, we have a half day for Ho Chi Minh city tour. Your sightseeing tour includes visiting bustling Cho lon (Chinatown), Thien Hau pagoda, one of the oldest pagodas of the Chinese in the area and colourful Ben Than Market. Notre Dame Cathedral inaugurated in 1880 became the spiritual and cultural crucible of the French presence in the Orient as was the Post office designed by Gustav Eiffel and resembling a grand railway station. Photo stop at the former Presidential Palace, renowned for its symbolic role in the fall of Saigon in 1975 and continue to visit the War Remnants Museum.
After that, driving to the local restaurant for dinner. The balance of the evening is at leisure.

Day 9: Ho Chi Minh cooking class at “Mai” home (B,L)
Today, you will begin your culinary discovery with a fun cooking class in Saigon. Enjoy being taught how to prepare some traditional Vietnamese dishes at the Mai Home Cooking Centre. The experience begins with a fascinating visit to the market, where you are sure to marvel at the foodstuffs on display. Here the expert chefs will introduce you to some of the ingredients and ways of substituting them those more commonly found in western countries. Then, it is back to the cooking centre for a fun ‘hands on’ cooking lesson. Here, you will be taught how to prepare a variety of dishes. After the class, it is time to enjoy your delicious creations. At the completion of the experience you will be presented with a handbook that contains all the recipes you have experimented with.
After that, transfering back to the hotel. The balance of the day is at leisure for shopping. Overnight in the hotel.
Day 10: Ho Chi Minh departure (B)
Today is departure day and time to bid your guide farewell. There will a transfer waiting to take you from the hotel to the airport for your flight home. We wish you a pleasant journey home and we know you will take away many wonderful memories of the sights and tastes you have savored.
