would like to thank you on behalf of me and my family on the wonderful trip we had in Vietnam during last August. Everything was very well organised and on time, we enjoyed the variety of the views, placed, the food and the people. The restaurant on the first evening was excellent. Most of the hotels was very good. The Nathrang hotel was so good and i think that besides the facilities and the room , the fact it was on beach and not in the city makes it very good and recommended. We enjoyed very much the guide in Hanoi, in Sapa the guide was ok, and also in Dalat, he was good and helpfull as well. Only in Hoi Ann, it was very hard to understand the guide, and we also felt he was insisting on having the trip in the old city during mid day where it was very hot and humid, although I asked him to do the trip in the afternoon. Also in the restaurant in Hoi Ann, the food was not good, and they take extra charge on water - 4 times what we payed on other restaurants and nit justified at all. The lady of run the cooking class in Hoi Ann was amazing and very recommended, the day is very well organised and we learned a lot and eat a good food. We don't recommend on the speedboat in Saigon - the price does not wart it.( I know we asked for it)
