She organized an extended vacation for us covering Vietnam from Sapa in the north to the Mekong Delta in the south. 17 days of extensive travel were organized with attention to detail. Every hotel had great rooms and service in addition to wonderful breakfast buffet. Every guide and driver was professional, personal and prompt. Never was one late! She even remotely checked us in for a couple domestic short flights without us even inquiring. Finally, especially for any USA residents, she organized this entire trip for us from Vietnam for 1/3 the price of a much shorter 8 day vacation to Vietnam that we were quoted from a home travel agent!
