Wonderful Holiday!
My boyfriend and I wanted to plan a 2 week trip to Vietnam and with so many travel operators available it was hard to choose between them. We ended up choosing WaytoVietnam as they offered a very competitive rate compared to other tour operators as well as being super professional.
Ms Bui Hanh's English is excellent,very clear to understand and she is extremely fast to respond back to emails. We were given plenty of time to discuss our final itinerary and never rushed into making a decision.
We visited everything that was mentioned in our 2 week itinerary starting from the south of Vietnam and ending in the north of Vietnam. We were always greeted by lovely tour guides and drivers throughout our trip who were always on time and given 2 bottles of mineral water a day.
Our favourite tour guide was Mr Kien Le in the south and I highly recommend that you choose him if available. All of our tour guides spoke English very well, are very knowledgable and made our trip memorable.
Ms Bui Hanh will now be providing a complete itinerary covering Vietnam and Cambodia for 2 of my sisters who will be travelling in March 2017.
My advise would be to book through WaytoVietnam and to not worry about the lower number of trip advisor reviews that they received compared to other operators. I can only speak highly of Ms Bui Hanh's professional service and her kindness to visit us on our last day in Vietnam was a lovely personal touch :)
