Day 1: Ho Chi Minh - Arrival
After clearing the immigration and custom procedures, you will be met by our representative. Private transportation will take you to the hotel in the city centre. Check-in hotel and if time permits, you will be visiting the essential sites of the city such as City Hall, Notre Dame Cathedral, Post Office and a short visit to Thien Hau temple. Stroll around the Chinatown and free time at your own exploration to Ben Thanh market nearby. Saigon city is very interesting at night. Enjoy Saigon by night. Overnight at hotel in Saigon.

Day 2: Saigon - Cu Chi Tunnels and Cai Be (B, L, D)
Biking distance: 30-40 km (Can be adjusted to your fitness)

After having breakfast at hotel, you will enjoy a scenic drive through idyllic paddy flatlands and countryside. Arrive to Cu Chi tunnels for a fascinating guided tour of this amazing three-floor labyrinth of underground passages stretching a staggering 250kilometres from Saigon to the Cambodian border. The network included innumerable trap doors, specially constructed living areas, storage facilities, weapons factories, field hospitals, command centers and kitchens. Today the remaining tunnels have become a major tourist attraction giving the visitor a unique experience and a feel of what underground life in war was like. After the visit Cu Chi tunnels, you will head to Cai Be by going through the countryside areas. On arrival to Cai Be, you will be riding a boat trip to cross the mighty Mekong river to a village in an tiny island where you will be having a memorable homestay tonight.

Day 3: Cai Be - Vinh Long - Can Tho (B, L)
Biking distance: Approx 60 km (Can be adjusted to your fitness)

Breakfast at homestay and you will embark a sampan to visit busting Cai Be floating market and then you will stop at local factories where you will watching local people making candies, rice paper. Disembark in Vinh Long and then we will head for Can Tho by our support vehicle. Check-in hotel and stay overnight at hotel in Can Tho.

Day 4: Can Tho - Saigon (B, L)
Biking distance: ~ 20 km (Can be adjusted to your fitness)

Depart from the Hotel jetty on a traditional boat with bicycles on board. Cross the Hau river, then cruise on Cai Von canal and stop over for the visit of an incense making community. Continuing by boat you will arrive at a tiny village. Finally, start biking through the lush countryside. It's really a big challenge on the rough trails and dikes along immense rice fields. On this trip you can experience a lot of rustic charms and the simplicity of farmers' life: funny monkey bridges, water buffalos, duck keepers, fishermen and more. Back to Saigon by car.

Day 5: Saigon Free time (B)
There is no activity planned for today, but there will plenty to do if you so choose. Perhaps you’ll want to hop on a cyclo for an adventure through the city’s winding street as you pass popular sights like Tao Dan Park on your way to a tour of Notre Dame Cathedral. Or, you can simply sample a variety of food and drink at the cities seemingly endless array of restaurants and cafes. You’ll have an overnight stay and have a chance to relax and reflect upon everything you have seen.


Day 6: Saigon - Cat Tien (B, L)
Pick up in Saigon and head north by vehicle to Cat Tien National Park. About 150 kilometers or a 3.5 hour drive. Check into the park and have lunch at Cat Tien National Park Restaurant. Afternoon jungle trek (8 kilometers), or bird watching option. The best bird watching guides in Southern Vietnam work at Cat Tien National Park. Night spotting by jeep with an opportunity to see nocturnal animals of the park including deer, civet, snakes, and feral cats

Day 7: Cat Tien - Dalat (B, L)
Morning jungle trek out to Bau Sau (crocodile lake) and back (10 kilometers) . After lunch in the park, depart by vehicle to Dalat. Breathtaking scenery along the way with coffee and tea plantations, jungle blanketed valleys and pine forested hills (250 km or 4 hr drive). Check in to hotel and dinner at one of the great Dalat cafes and back to hotel for a good night's rest before next day's adventure

Day 8: Dalat - Lak Lake (B, L, D)
Leave Dalat for Lak Lake at 8 am. On the way, visit a silk worm farm, chop stick maker, and a coffee farm. Lunch at a local restaurant next to Krongno bridge. Arrive in Jun, a M'nong ethnic minority village next to Lak Lake by 2 pm. Cross Lak Lake by dug out canoe (pirogues), trek through area villages on the far side of the lake. Return by pirogues. Sleep in long house or at Lak resort.

Day 9: Lak Lake - Buon Ma Thuot (B, L)
Leave Lak Lake for Yok Don National Park in the morning after breakfast. Stop at Drayling - the confluence of seven rivers - for sight seeing. In Yok Don park visit the old house of the elephant hunting king. Elephant riding is available in Yok Don. Drive to Buon Me Thuot in the afternoon. Dinner and night in Buon Ma Thuot.

Day 10: Buon Ma Thuot (B)
There are some interesting things to do this morning. Visit Ethnology Museum where we can see many things come from the daily life of ethnic minorities in Vietnam such as: clothes, cultivated tools, musical instruments... We continue on to Khai Doan Pagoda, the last one of Nguyen Dynasty in the Central Highlands. The architecture of this pagoda is mixed between long house-on-stilts of Ede group and traditional house in Hue. Visit Buon Ma Thuot’s bustling regional market. Overnight at hotel,

Day 11: Buon Ma Thuot - Nha Trang (B, L)
Biking distance: Approx 80km of 190 km

After having breakfast at hotel, we will start cycling from the hotel down to the coastal city of Nha Trang. The ride is mixed of ups and downs throughout the day. Stop on the way to break and relax before heading downhill to Ninh Hoa where you will be transferred by our support vehicle to Nha Trang. Check-in hotel and rest of the day at your own leisure.

Day 12: Island Boat Trip in Nha Trang (B, L)
Experience the coast of Nha Trang aboard a boat as we set out in the morning, for our first stop at the aquarium. We then head out to nearby islands and a marine reserve. Snorkeling and swimming over the coral reefs in warm, clear water, followed by sunbathing and seafood lunch. Back to the city and experience mud bathing and then back to your hotel. Overnight at hotel in Nha Trang.

Day 13: Nha Trang - Countryside Tour (B, L)
Cruising down river and enjoying the village peaceful life along the banks of Cai River. The trip begins with a visit to the Po Nagar Temples, an outstanding example of Cham architecture, situated on Mount Cu Lao where you can have panoramic views of the surrounding. From here board the riverboat for the leisurely cruise cruise visiting Cu Lao Fish market. Take a horse carriage to visit a wide range of local handicrafts in production, you can enjoy the beautiful scenery that unfolds along the banks, experience and make acquaintance with local people in their natural scenery & daily life. Next stop will be a short visit to Pagoda Orphanage where it shelters and cares for over 120 abandoned, orphaned or street children. We will visit a family of local people and see a typical Vietnamese country house in the countryside. Transfer you back to the city. Overnight at hotel in Nha Trang

Day 14: Nha Trang - Departure (B)
At leisure until we will transfer you to the airport to catch 1 hour flight back to Ho Chi Minh City where you will connect your outbound flight to next destination. End of service.
