Day 1: Ho Chi Minh – Arrival

Day 2: Ho Chi Minh Gourmet excursion
Today, you will begin your culinary discovery with a fun cooking class in Ho Chi Minh. Enjoy being taught how to prepare some traditional Vietnamese dishes at the Mai Home Cooking Centre. The experience begins with a fascinating visit to the market, where you are sure to marvel at the foodstuffs on display. Here the expert chefs will introduce you to some of the ingredients and ways of substituting them those more commonly found in western countries. Then, it is back to the cooking centre for a fun ‘hands on’ cooking lesson. Here, you will be taught how to prepare a variety of dishes. After the class, it is time to enjoy your delicious creations.
In the afternoon, we have a half day for Ho Chi Minh city tour. Your sightseeing tour includes visiting bustling Cho lon (Chinatown), Thien Hau pagoda, one of the oldest pagodas of the Chinese in the area and colourful Ben Than Market. Photo stop at the former Presidential Palace then transfer back to the hotel.

Day 3: Ho Chi Minh – Mekong Delta – Ho Chi Minh – Fly to Siem Reap
Nobody could miss a Mekong Delta visit in their Vietnam tours.
In the morning, you'll leave Ho Chi Minh City for the Mekong Delta town of My Tho, where you will board a boat to visit one of the wild islands.
On the island, we will visit an orchard and take the chance at those exotic fruits. How to make a snake drinkable? The locals wow you with a cup of snake wine, don't be scared and give it a try! A few years mellow the wine and it will definitely become a precious part of your Vietnam holiday collection!(*Note: no wine for kids under 18.)
In the household, we will also witness the old procession of rice paper, coconut candy, rice candy and salt making. Walking into one of their ordinary days will help you understand what life is like in Vietnam and it will stuck in your memory for quite a long time. Have freshly-cooked Mekong style lunch in the orchard with the householder.
In the afternoon, we will drive back to Ho Chi Minh City. Reward yourself some free time sauntering about.
At the evening, an international flight will take you to Siem Reap. Check in upon arrival and have a free night in Siem Reap.

Day 4: Angkor Temples
Angkor Wat, literally means City of Temples, was used to hold sacrifices at important ceremonies by king Suryavarman II in the early 12th century. Time lost its track in here and after re-discovery about 150years ago; it has soon become one of the most visited archaeological and artistic sites to all Cambodia tours. Today, you will touch every inch and every detail of Angkor Wat. We will finish the tour in Angkor Wat before noon and drive back to Siem Reap downtown for lunch.
After lunch, we will take some free hours in one of Siem Reap's relaxing cafes. When the sky starts to turn orange, our tour guide will take you to Bakheng Hill for a stunningly beautiful sunset over the whole town.
As the sun is slowly and gracefully setting down the horizon, your light-menu dinner will be served by the lakeshore of the Lotus Lake, a perfect place for gourmet after a whole day Cambodia tour, isn't it? Activities including fishing, boating and fish-feeding will be at your choice for some after-dinner fun.

Day 5: Siem Reap - Phnom Krom
In the morning, we will drive to Angkor Thom, literally meaning Great City, another famous Cambodia tours' spotlight. Numerous huge pillars are engraved stories about Cambodia's history and culture, as well as some folktales, which greatly amuses us Cambodia tour makers with its vivid lifelikeness and remarkable perseverance.
In the afternoon, we will try to beat the heat under the lush trees in Ta Prohm. Hiding itself deep among the canopying trees, Ta Prohm secretly reveals its majesty for those savvy Cambodia tour makers.
We will finish today's Cambodia tour with a peaceful sunset drive to our camping spot near Wat Arun Temple in Wat Arun Village, Phnom Krom Community. Get an overnight with those humble monks as neighbors.

Day 6: Phnom Krom - Siem Reap
In the early morning, you will enjoy the breakfast served by monks from Wat Arun.
After breakfast, you will be escorted to Siem Reap.
The rest of your day will be wandering in town or lounging in bar. However you want to laze about, Siem Reap always has the best suggestion for your Cambodia holiday.

Day 7: Siem Reap – Fly to Luang Prabang
Have a free morning in Siem Reap.
At noon, an international flight will take your family to Luang Prabang, a charming yet peaceful little town up by the Mighty Mekong.
Check in upon arrival and have a free stroll in town.
At night, go check out the famous Luang Prabang Night Market.

Day 8: Luang Prabang
Early in the morning, little birds will wake you up. You might be feeling drowsy from the warmth of sleep. However, no sooner has a line of walking monks emerged than you get clear-headed. Morning alms collecting supports most of the monks in Luang Prabang, and this ritual also enjoys great prestige over other Laos tour attractions. After giving alms to monks with respect and best hope for them, you will visit Luang Prabang's most famed attractions: the magnificent Wat Xieng Thong with its roofs sweeping towards to the ground in the classical architectural style of Luang Prabang temples. Later, we will visit the impressive stupa of Wat Visoun. Have lunch in a local restaurant.
Although steeped in cultural and religous attractions, one of Luang Prabang's powerful draws for kids is the chance to get close to the elephants. Those giant creatures, which your kids have seen in TV, books or internet, now walk right up to you. We specially arrange this great opportunity for your kids to learn about nature, sharpening up a memorable and valuable Indochina holiday for the young fellows. The whole afternoon will be spent in the elephant camp. Have fun, kids!
When back to Luang Prabang, you will be invited to a dinner show where traditional Lao cuisine and Lao dance treat your appetite and eyes.

Day 9: Luang Prabang
In the early morning, we will drive to the Nam Ming River for an exciting rafting day!

Day 10: Luang Prabang – Fly to Hanoi
After breakfast, you will have some free time on your own before the afternoon flight to Hanoi.

Day 11: Hanoi – Ha Long Bay cruise
Morning depart for Halong Bay with 4 hours travelling, we go through the scenic countryside. The wondrous Halong Bay is truly one of Vietnam’s most impressive scenic sights. Check-in at 12:00 at noon and embark on a junk boat for an exploration of the legendary Halong Bay. This exciting cruise will provide us a fantastic view of the picturesque scenery blending with the sky and some 3,000 limestone islands rising amazingly from the clear and emerald water. The limestone karsts formations are littered with beaches, grottoes and beautiful caves. Along the way we will anchor for a leisurely swim in a secluded cove and an enjoyable visit to one of the many hidden grottoes beneath towering cliffs. Stay overnight on the Junk Cruise.

Day 12: Halong Bay - Hanoi – Fly to Nha Trang
Enjoy fresh air & gentle breeze of the bay in morning. Have breakfast on board and continue cruising through the bay, along the way seeing more of the fascinating formations. Check-out. Our driver will be waiting and drive you to the airport for a flight to Nha Trang. With seven kilometers of golden beaches, Nha Trang is often referred to as Vietnam’s Mediterranean Coast. Around the islands you can enjoy snorkeling and scuba diving, whilst in the afternoon you can chill out at the beachfront ‘Sailing Club’ with a cool drink and watch the sunset.
Arriving in Nha Trang at night, you will check in and wrap your Indochina holiday dream in tender ocean wind.

Day 13 – 15: Nha Trang Free time
