Day 1: Hanoi Arrival (B)
On arrival at Noi Bai International Airport, The tour guide will welcome you at the welcome gate and take you to your hotel in Hanoi Center, check in the hotel, time at leisure.

Day 2: Hanoi City Tour (B,L)
The colonial capital city Hanoi is a unique Asian city with tree-lined boulevards, French colonial architecture, peaceful lakes and oriental pagodas and temples. This full day tour takes you around Hanoi's most interesting sights
9h00: Your tour guide will meet you at the lobby hotel for the city tour, first visit to the train street, enjoy coffee and see the train passing. After the train street, your tour guide will take you to visit the Temple of Literature - Vietnam's first national university was built in 1070 by Emperor Ly Thanh Tong.
Lunch at a local restaurant with specialities of Vietnam Cuisines
After lunch, visit Hoan Kiem Lake and Ngoc Son Temple, enjoy the water puppet show then take one hour Cyclo tour around Hanoi Old Quarter. The city tour ends. We can take you back to your hotel or you are free to walk around or try some egg coffee near Hoan Kiem Lake then go back to your hotel by yourselves.
 
Day 3: Hanoi – Halong Bay (B,L,D)

09:00 – 09:15 : Pick up at your hotel in Hanoi old quarter
Start 2,5-hour road journey via 5B highway on ultra-luxurious limousine or MPV Kia Sedona (for the guests use our transfer service)
11:45 – 12.00 :  Arriving Tuan Chau marina, transferred by speedboat to Stellar of the Seas. Welcome aboard the cruise. Refresh with our welcome drink. Meet the captain, crew in the cruise briefing, safety instruction.

- Discover lagoon natural area belonged to Lan Ha bay. Drop anchor for Kayaking or swimming or just simply sunbathe on our cruise (private, wild and fresh air).

Summit on the sundeck for watching the sunset, enjoy Sunset party with complimentary cocktails demonstration. It’s ideal time to make acquaintance with new friends, sharing your traveling experience or simply watching the sunset or just relax in the seasonal swimming pool, or enjoy your time in our golf course or do the exercise at fitness area.
18:00 : Join us for a short class of cooking demonstration. Our chef will guide you how to make famous traditional Vietnamese spring rolls. Here you will understand the culinary culture of the Vietnamese
19:00 : BBQ dinner is served with fresh food menu outside of swimming pool area.
After dinner, reward yourself with a large selection of cocktails at panoramic bar with seasonal pool view, at wine and cigars cellar, or take one of our onboard activities: games, movies, and squid fishing… or relaxing with massage services.

Day 4 : Lan Ha Bay (B,L,D)
Tai chi – Breakfast – Lan Ha bay – Lunch – Cycling at Viet Hai Village – Swimming at natural beach area – Dinner with different menu – Free time for activities
6:30 : Join us for a Tai Chi session for the early risers on the sun deck. Tai chi helps focus the mind and condition the body and there is no better environment to practice this than amongst the limestone peaks and islands or do the exercise at fitness area next to the golf course.
07:30  : Joining light breakfast in a panorama view of the world heritage site. After breakfast, enjoy your time for relaxing in amazing view of the Lan Ha bay while the boat continues cruising further for sightseeing.
11:30 : Lunch is served before getting on the speed boat to explore some unique area where the main boat cannot go through.
13:15 : Transfer to the speed boat heading to Viet Hai Village.
 
Afternoon:
Take the bicycle ride to enjoy gorgeous sceneries along village roads and go through rain forests. We also visit a local family’s house to see the daily life of local people. Back to the day boat to continue cruising further in Lan Ha Bay.
15:00 : Arrive to a natural beach area for swimming, guest will have chance to see fish farm at the typical Lan Ha bay floating village.
Early evening :  Back to Stellar of the Seas, take time to refresh or play some short game in our golf course or relax with massage services as we cruise to sleeping area. Dinner is served with different menu.
- After dinner reward yourself with a large selection of cocktails at our bar, swimming pool, wine and cigars cellar or enjoy the landscape of the bay at night. Relax with massage services. Take one of our on-board activities like squid fishing, watching movies in the restaurant.

Day 5 : Halong Bay – Hanoi (B,L)
Tai Chi - Breakfast – Sang Toi (Dark & Bright) Cave – Typical Vietnamese cuisine – Farewell at your hotel in Hanoi
06:30 : Join us for a Tai Chi session on the sundeck for early riser. Tai chi helps focus the mind and condition the body, joining Tai Chi session to full charge your energy for the new day.
07:00 – 7:45 :  Local light breakfast is served
08:00 :  Mingling yourself in the stunning views of the Bay and it’s dramatic limestone islets as we sail through the calm emerald waters heading to Dark & Bright Cave (Hang Sang & Toi)
Take your comfortably on local bamboo boat rowed by the locals to explore the cave.
09:30 : Check out the room
10:00 : Vietnamese cuisine is served.
12:00 : Disembark from the cruise as our crew say farewell, back to Tuan Chau Marina by our speedboat
-Transfer back to Hanoi, Arrive at your hotel around 15h00.
 
Day 6: Hanoi – Hoi An (B)
Check in the hotel at noon then Your driver will take you to the airport for the afternoon flight to Da Nang. On arrival at Da Nang Airport, your tour guide will pick you up for the transfer to your hotel in Hoi An center, check in the hotel, time at leisure.

Day 7: Hoi An City Tour (B,L)
Hoi An Ancient Town is best most preserved town in Vietnam, The lovely old town Hoi An has never lost its attraction with charming ancient architecture lying besides the poetic Thu Bon River. Once in the full moon night, the glistening lanterns harmonized with the mysterious incense fragrance on the Japanese and Chinese houses will bring you to the very long memories ago.
After break fast at your hotel, The tour guide and driver will meet you at the hotel lobby and take you to visit Tra Qua Vegetable village – one of the most traditional villages in Hoi An old town, You will take a trip around the vegetable garden and join the farmers in preparing the land and fertilizing it with seaweed from the local lake. Continue doing some next steps such as: raking the ground, sowing, watering greens, picking greens and many more gardening activities.
Back to Hoi An for lunch ( you can choose the lunch at local restaurants or street food tour to discover the local cuisines; Cao Lau, Banh Mi Phuong, Vietnamese Pancakes…).After lunch, visit the tranquillity and charm of Hoi An Town with its low tiled houses of Chinese appearance, Japanese covered bridge, brightly painted temples and pagodas make it one of the most delightful places to visit in Vietnam, enjoy 1/2 hour on boat along Thu Bon River then back to your hotel

Day 10: Sai Gon Street Food Tour by Cyclo (B,L)
This tour allow you to see Saigon bustling and street foods in 4 hours, You can depart any time of the day
Pick up at your hotel ( Centrally located) Our tour guide and Cyclo will take you to discover Saigon on bustling treets to the first visit  Notre-Dame Cathedral nest to is the Central Post Office After that We continue on the Cyclo to visit  War-Museum,  Ho Thi Ky Wholesale Flower Market,   Enjoy Beef Noodle Soup Or Grilled Pork With Rice Noodle in the Local Food Market
Stop in a Street Cafe for the best Vietnamese Coffee, watching the busy traffics and the daily lives of the Sai Gon people.
After finishing coffee, We continue strolling around streets on the Cyclo then back to your hotel after 5 hour Cyclo trip

Day 11: HCMC – Mekong overnight on boat (B,L,D)
The Mekong Eyes Classic combines regional boat-building traditions with modern comforts to become the perfect holiday vessel to cruise the Mekong Delta in style. At 39 m long and 8.5 m wide, the Mekong Eyes river cruiser was built out of an old, traditional rice barge with the finest quality wood, and artfully decorated by skilled craftsmen of the Mekong Delta.

  In the morning we pick you up at your hotel in Saigon and take you to Can Tho or Cai Be. You board your wooden river cruise vessel around noon. After a refreshing welcome drink we show you our on-board facilities and your cosy cabin. As lunch is served, the boat starts cruising. Sit back and watch the fantastic scenery and the daily life of the Mekong people.
  In the afternoon you can disembark for a guided leisurely stroll through a village and the surrounding fruit orchards or rice fields. Meet the friendly locals and taste the local produce and fruits.
Get back on board and enjoy a drink at the bar or relax on deck as the sun sets over the magnificent water landscape of the Mekong River. The boat will anchor for the night. The day ends with a delicious on-board dinner. You stay overnight on board your floating hotel in the Mekong Delta.

Day 12: Life on the water and floating markets (B,L,D)
Wake up well rested to the sound of the river and get ready for another exciting day of sightseeing in the Mekong Delta. At 6.30h the cruise vessel sets off for a sunrise cruise. Watch the locals go about their daily work drying exotic fruits and building ships on the wooden yards while enjoying an early breakfast.

After breakfast, we will board a sampan boat to Cai Rang floating market, the region’s busiest and most lively markets. On even dates, you will explore the small channels of the mekong delta around Cai Be with a small sampan or by foot. Marvel at the sheer abundance of exotic fruits and vegetables. We will pull up to the boats for talking and bargaining with the merchants. We will also visit some of the local candy and cake making factories or boat through the green water landscape to see local houses, verdant orchards and ship-building yards.
Later in the morning your can boat through the green water landscape on a little rowing sampan to see local houses, verdant orchards and ship-building yards. Alternatively you can discover the nearby town by foot or explore the small side canals of the Mekong river on a bicycle.
The cruise boat then resumes its journey as lunch is served. In the afternoon there will be another side trip to one of the exotic villages along the way.

Day 13: An exotic world of its own  (B,L)
After breakfast and an early start through the glorious morning atmosphere on the Mekong river. In Can Tho we will visit the floating market of Cai Rang. In Cai Be will will explore the delta by foot or with a small sampan. Be sure not to miss the great photo opportunities for authentic snapshots of the Mekong people and their life.Take another sampan side trip right into the lush rural landscape, the fertile fields, the exuberant green.
Disembark the boat at around 11.00 — 11.30h on the pier and enjoy lunch at a local restaurant
Private transfer back to your hotel in Ho Chi Minh City
