A month is already passed, since we came back from our holiday in Vietnam.
As anticipated, we would like to give you a quick feedback on the overall organization.
 
First of all, let me say me and my wife have been really excited of your beutiful country, we have had great memories and we have really enjoyed any perspective of vietnamese life we have met.
Generally speaking, we believe the hotels selections has been correctly done, where the hotels in Natrang and Datang were definitely family-oriented, as we were looking for.
Specifically talking about Natrang: the beach is quite limited in front of the hotel and it is basically "on the street": beach-lovers cannot really enjoy the hotel location, since you need to move quite far away to find so-called nice beaches.
On the opposite, Datang ("Ocean Villas") offers everything we were looking for: nice location, wonderful surround, real "wild" beach and calm & relaxation.
 
We will definitely suggest to our friend your organization and your agency.

Dear Huong ! Our beautyful journey in Vietnam is finished - we are waiting for the transport to the airport. Dear Ms. Bui, thank you very much for making all the arrangements for me. The boat tour in Halong Bay was one of the greatest experiences I ever had. It was simply perfect, though we couldn't visit all the caves that were on the list. The lunch was very delicious, and perfectly served. The hotel reservation at Sofitel Metropole caused some problems. When I decided for the Deluxe Queen bed room in the historical wing, I wasn't aware about the very small rooms. Though the service is excellent, the room rate and the room size do not match each other. For that room size, the room rate is simply impertinent. So, when we checked in Sunday after the boat tour, I decided to pay 50$ more for a club level room in the Opera building of the Metropole hotel. Finally, this was a good investment, since it included plenty of benefits, among them access to the club lounge, with it's excellent cocktails and dinner snacks for no further payment. Hence, I would not recommend the Sofitel Metropole Deluxe rooms. They are too expensive for the size. If to stay in Sofitel, it would be better select club level rooms and pay the surcharge for those. I would like to thank you again for your excellent service and choice. Dear Mrs. Huong, We have now arrived back at the Sanouva Hotel in Ho Chi Minh and so far everything has been great. We have had a really enjoyable time. Today and tomorrow we will just take it easy with a little shopping before we head back. We will definitely come again sometime and book with Way to Vietnam - your organisation has been perfect and it is certainly the best way to see your beautiful country. Thanks for everything. Mike
